These Terms of Service govern your use of loungeboudoir.com and your purchase of digital products from Lounge Boudoir, operated by Charles Mitri Photography (“we,” “us,” “our”). By using the site or making a purchase, you agree to these terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use this site or purchase products.
Digital Products
Our products are downloadable educational guides, such as lighting and posing guides. After payment is confirmed, your download link will be sent to the email address you provide at checkout. We do not offer customer accounts, so please enter your email carefully and save your files once downloaded. If you lose access to your download, email info@loungeboudoir.com and we’ll resend it.
License
When you purchase a product, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for one individual to use it for personal education and to improve your own photography practice.
You may:
- download, save, and print the guide for your own use
- apply the techniques you learn in your own photography work
You may not:
- share, forward, resell, redistribute, or give away the guide or any part of it
- share it with assistants, second shooters, staff, students, or other photographers (each person needs their own purchase)
- upload it to any website, file-sharing service, course platform, or social media
- copy or adapt its text, diagrams, or images into your own products, courses, or workshops
- claim the content as your own
All content remains the property of Charles Mitri Photography and is protected by copyright law. Violating this license may result in termination of your access and legal action.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are in U.S. dollars. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already completed.
Refund Policy
Because our products are digital and delivered immediately, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds. Please review the product description carefully before purchasing.
If your file is corrupted, incomplete, or won’t open, email info@loungeboudoir.com and we will provide a working replacement. If you were accidentally charged twice for the same product, contact us and we will refund the duplicate charge.

Articles, photographs, and other original content on this site are owned by Charles Mitri Photography. Some images are sourced from free-license stock photo sites and remain subject to their original licenses. You may share links to our articles, but you may not reproduce our content without written permission.
